First: Publication fees:

 400 USD, payable upon submission of the research via the journal's website, and if the research does not pass the initial technical/scientific review, 10% of the fees will be deducted for review costs and administrative procedures, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the researcher.

Second: Criteria for accepting scientific papers:

1. The journal requires that submitted research be original and not previously published, and that it is not under review or acceptance in any other journal. The researcher also commits to not submitting it for publication elsewhere until all review procedures with the journal are completed.

2. The journal accepts original research and scientific studies in various disciplines, with a special focus on studies that are integrated and interdisciplinary, contributing to the development of knowledge and enriching scientific discussion at both regional and international levels.

3. The journal welcomes the publication of research ideas and individual and collective scientific projects, in addition to innovations and experiments in all distinguished disciplines with the aim of documenting and publishing them.

4. The journal accepts papers derived from academic theses provided this is explicitly stated.

5. The journal does not accept any scientific material that contradicts the principles of community and international intellectual security, or promotes extremism, violence, or hatred. The responsibility for the content and views of the research rests solely with the researcher.

Third: Authorship criteria:

1. The researcher is committed to the standards of academic integrity, respect for intellectual property rights, and disclosure of any funding or conflict of interest.

2. The number of words in the research should not exceed 9000 words, including tables, figures, and references, excluding appendices. The editorial board may accept research that reaches up to 10000 words at most if it includes substantial additions or extensive field data that warrant it.

3. Joint publication and the ordering of authors' names according to the size of contribution.

* Co-authors must collectively agree in advance on the order of their names according to the size of their contributions before submitting the research, and the journal bears no responsibility for any subsequent disputes, provided that the authors adhere to a clear statement of each participant's level of contribution.

* A corresponding author is appointed — not necessarily the first author — and the journal is provided with all their contact details.

4. Correcting errors after publication:

If the researcher discovers a significant error after publication, they must inform the editor-in-chief to correct it or withdraw the paper. Guidelines for correcting or withdrawing articles can be found by Click here.

5. Changes in authorship:

The journal's editorial office should be informed of any changes that occur in authorship, including additions, removals, or modifications to the order, with appropriate justifications provided. All co-authors of the scientific paper must agree to such changes.

6. Use of artificial intelligence technologies:

Authors must disclose any use of artificial intelligence techniques (such as chatbots or image generators), clarifying how these techniques were used in the appendices, in addition to referencing them in the appropriate section of the submitted work as follows:

* If artificial intelligence is used in writing → this is stated in the acknowledgements section.

* If it is used in data collection, analysis or figure creation → this is explained in the methodology section.

7. Scientific responsibility:

All published research expresses the views of its authors, and researchers bear full responsibility for the accuracy and validity of its content.

8. Revisions and resubmission

The researcher(s) must submit the research in its final form after making the required revisions within two weeks from the date of request, via their electronic page on the journal's website, in accordance with the journal's specified templates in item (Eighth).

Fourth: The peer-review process:

1. Research is submitted via the journal's website through the designated submission system, in the member's dashboard after registering on the university's website.

2. The editorial management conducts an initial review to ensure that the research meets the publication and formatting requirements, and checks for similarity using Turnitin software, ensuring that the similarity rate does not exceed 20% for research submitted in the fields of humanities and social sciences, and 15% for research submitted in the fields of applied and natural sciences.

3. All research undergoes double-blind peer review by two reviewers specialized in the research field from diverse scientific backgrounds and nationalities. In case of differing opinions, the research is referred to a third reviewer.

4. The journal is committed to the confidentiality of peer review: researchers' names are not mentioned in the paper, and reviewers' names are not disclosed to researchers.

Fifth: Rules for submitting the research:

1. The research is submitted via the dedicated electronic form.

2. The research is arranged upon submission in the following order:

The first page (data page), including the following:

* The research title in both Arabic and English.

* Name of the researcher(s).

* Name of the institution / employer.

* Mailing address and email.

* Disclosure of any financial support for the research, if any.

* Researchers' contributions to joint research are clearly defined.

* The researcher's Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID ID) should be written immediately after their name if available, and the journal encourages all researchers to obtain an ORCID number, considering its presence mandatory when the research is approved for publication, as it will be added in the published issue. (For reference: ORCID Guide Click here)

* Abstract (Arabic / English):

* Topped by the research title in both Arabic and English, not exceeding 15 words.

* The abstract includes the following elements: (objectives — methodology — results — conclusion).

* Keywords are written after the abstract in both Arabic and English, numbering five (5) words.

* The abstract must not exceed (250) words.

The initial research page (body):

* Contains the research title only, followed by the full body of the research.

* Researchers' names or any information revealing their identity must not be mentioned, whether directly or implicitly.

* List of references.

* Appendices (if any).

Formatting:

* Arabic: Traditional Arabic font, size 14 (size 12 for tables), spacing 1

* The researcher is required to adhere to the latest edition of the American Psychological Association (APA) publication manual (7th edition) for documentation, whether in English or Arabic.

Please see the examples provided here for guidance, and for research in Sharia sciences, the documentation style used in footnotes is allowed while adhering to the scientific standards recognized in this field, and if the research language is English and includes Arabic references, the researcher must translate the details of these references into English (Romanization) and include them in the foreign references list, while keeping the original text of the Arabic references in a separate list.

* References must be arranged alphabetically without numbering.

* When research instruments are used (questionnaire, test…), a full copy must be attached in the appendices.

Sixth: The journal's rights:

1. The journal reserves the right to an initial screening of the research before sending it for peer review.

2. The editor-in-chief has the right to inform the researcher of a summary of the reviewers' opinions without revealing their identity, and without any obligation to respond to objections.

3. The research is considered withdrawn if the researcher delays making the required revisions for more than two months.

4. After the research is accepted for publication, the rights of publication and distribution transfer to the journal, and it may republish the research electronically or allow it to be included in various databases.
